Dr. Alan Hirsch is a psychologist and neurologist, and author of What's Your Food Sign? How To Use Food Clues To Find Lasting Love. He's also director of the Smell and Taste Research and Treatment Foundation in Chicago.
In his years of smell and taste research, Dr. Hirsch has found a significant correlation between the foods people like and their personalities. Not only that, Hirsch claims that our food choices can actually predict compatibility.
