HEY, I am no sports fanatic but, whatever happened to "He Shoots...He Scores!!!" (He being easily replaced by she naturally) Meaning; That was so in there from the start, it was almost automatic yet completely and totally thrilling. ;)

Another term from football; SKULL SESSION. This is usually a discussion of the play book, what works, and what doesn't, usually requested on behalf of the woman. Most guys dread skull sessions, but they know it's part of the game.

I guess you purposely evaded the "Getting one past the goalpost" which means, getting the woman pregnant.

I think the basketball term "One and a Bonus" would be better stated using football's "2 Point Conversion."

The Statue Play It is usually the female that will do absolutely nothing in the bed and show no reaction to your work on the field. Any effort to try and cause the play into a scrimmage will result a score of 0-1 everytime, with no chance of overtime.

I know that you guys (lavalife) have to cater to the average, but that leaves the rest of us out in the cold. For example, I don't care for sports at all. Competitive gladiator sports don't do much to raise us above the threshold of being an overly agressive animal, with limited capacity for vision or truths. As a matter of fact, such things - hold us there.

You need to add "Scoring a touchdown" or "Scoring a try" as in rugby. The ideal thereafter is to convert it! Meaning having sex and then again!

My friends and I have long used the term "The Heisman." Named after the NCAA football player of the year. It'has a negative connotation and is in reference to the pose of the player on the trophy. His hand is stretched out in front to block/keep people away. Use: A guy is hitting on a girl, they appear to be getting close but at the end of the night she rejects him. She has given him The Heisman.

I do not think of "pulling the goalie" definition in your terms express here. To me when you pull the goalie the other side caught you in a penalty situation or it's the final minute or two to play before you end the game. Once goalie is pulled an extra person is brought into play. either a female or male friend to help you tie the score or break the tie and win the game.

The only thing funnier than this article (which is pretty darn funny) is the comments about it. Right on guys! Now if only you all were as passionate about dating...

Oh please, stop being pussy whipped! As if women didn't talk about men or odd, awkward or funny situations using similar terms; i.e.: In American football, it is used when a player drops the ball while the match is going on. In the bedroom it's used when everything seems to go great, the crowd (woman) and the player(man) are having fun, then he ejaculates suddenly. He was heading towards the 5th yard line but that's when he fumbled'' Come on now, we're here to have some fun with this fun topic, don't spoil it.
