I am sick and tired of articles like this that ignore the diversity of individuals who respond to common situations according to who they are and where they come from, and not how they are made. I am smart enough to know when I need help and when I don't. I feel no shame about asking questions when I don't know the answers because 'getting it right' is sometimes more important than ego. And I know when I know what I know and will not be swayed if I find myself in that position. I am also smart enough to know that if I act like a sensitive caring person then I would never get laid... by a woman. Women are not attracted to wussies. In fact it is a turn off. Ask any woman and see what she will tell you. Women are conflicted. feminism tells them one thing about men but in reality they desire the complete opposite. Ever wonder why the assholes among us usually get the hot chicks? That's why. Ever wonder why if you ignore a woman she wants you more? That's why. And fragile ego? Just hint to a woman that she has put on wieght, is wearing an ugly dress or has bodily proportions that are less than "ideal". See what happens. We all are human beings with weaknesses and strengths regardless of gender. To the authors of articles such as these I say tell the complete truth from both sides and you will be doing the rest of us a service. Otherwise, shut up.
(Wow dude, that's some serious anger right there... don't suppose that has any impact on your success or failure with women, huh? Nah, probably a complete coincidence. -- Ed)

Hey Dude.....I am a 56 year old male. I have a father, 2 brothers, 6 uncles, 3 brothers-in-law, and numerous male friends. I have yet to meet a man that remotely similar to the stereotype described in your article. Hey Editor Dude……I doubt the anger has anything to do with success or failure with women. Nah, probably just at reading such sexist claptrap! I agree for sure…do everyone a favour….shut up!!
(For a guy with a handle inspired by a cartoon rooster, you go deep! Did Barnyard Dawg help you with that one or is it all yours? Remember, you gotta keep your eye on the ball, son. Gettit? Eye? Ball? Ahuck ahuck... -- Ed)

The handle was supposed to be a joke. The only male I know that fits the sexist stereotype writes to complain. I notice you don't backup the points made in the article. Just lame attemps to get us with your rapier-like wit. So boring.
By the way, I notice that women never complain about men that say…..fight and die for Canada. My Dad for instance; came back from WWII a double amputee. So Kim….have any smart-ass comments about him???

Get a grip FogHorn.
Conjuring your wounded dad in this context makes you seem hysterical and childish. And one who doth protest too much.
You are completely missing the tongue-in-cheek aspect of this story. It's not supposed to be the last word in male-female relations but a humorous piece gently poking fun at us guys. You're not doing anyone any favors by being so over-the-top. Quite the opposite.
