Way to go Carson! Aging is aging no matter how much time we put into taking care of ourselves we still must come to terms with it.

Women arn't the only ones made to feel they need to look a certain way. LOOK at the guys in magazines, TV shows, commercials, Movies. They are all fit, perfect skin, and all muscle (OK I was thinking James Bond on that last one). The only time I see over weight and/or anatractive males in the media, it's the Before guy.

What a bunch of B.S.! You forgot to tell people another blatant truth. Too many people eat unhealthily, and don't do any exercise, both of which cause illness and less attractive bodies, and both stem from a lack of love for one's self, therefore not taking care of what we have. If a woman has flat breasts, short eyelashes, and say, not a 'perfect shape biologically, she will still look very attractive to me and many men if she eats healthy (which in most cases will naturally keep weight in the right range), and keeps muscle tone by exercising regularly (which every health practitioner will tell you is essential to good health). The point is, don't promote thinking out of shape and over weight is good or attractive, that is lying to one's self, rather promote loving one's self enough to want to take care of the body you were given!
