What Is It?
In the myth, a sculptor who is unsatisfied by mortal women carves his perfect woman. The goddess Aphrodite brings the statue to life and he names her Galatea.
While the attraction is to statue-like figures (usually nudes), some practitioners prefer to have flesh-and-blood partners who pretend to be immobile and can, at a certain point, spring to life much like the storyline of the Greek myth. Another alternative is for two people to use a mannequin or doll as a third party.
Required Equipment:
A doll, mannequin or statue.
